Below, we’ve listed a few of the most common questions we hear:

How can I improve my energy?

There are many reasons your energy may be dragging. One reason could be your adrenals or thyroid, which plays a big role in energy levels. What is your best supplement for sleep?

What is the best way to manage anxiety?

High stress and anxiety is a prominent issue in our culture. Taking moments to practice deep breathing, meditation or even going on a walk can help keep your stress and overall health in check. These practices, regardless of duration, can be highly impactful. In addition, exercising and making sure you are eating a variety of fruits and vegetables to promote the intake of vitamins and minerals is essential. Stress can be handled well when we are providing our body with the nutrients it needs to support the stress hormone pathways. If we don’t give our bodies the nutrition it needs, they will have a harder time managing stress. Help your body out—treat it well and it will do the same for you!
